Exploring Equanimity

In Buddhism, upekkha (translated as Equanimity) is the fourth Divine Abode, the 10th Parami and the 7th Factor of Awakening.

It is a quality of mind and heart and body to be cherished. In these coming weeks we will explore the nature of equanimity, and specific meditations and daily practices which strengthen it.
